The Libyan International Conference for Basic Medical Sciences and Biomedicine

A peer-reviewed scientific conference organized by the Libyan Society for Scientific Research and Studies in partnership with Omar Al-Mukhtar University.
Researchers and those interested in the fields of basic medical sciences and biomedicine will have the opportunity to present and publish research and modern scientific works, including discussions, exchange of ideas and opinions, and presentation of solutions to problems facing specialists in the medical fields.

Vision & Mission

To shed light on basic medical sciences, Biomedicine, and all their relation with human health improvement, including nanotechnology and the human ecosystem.

  • Strengthening scientific and technical cooperation in the fields of basic and biomedical sciences and exchanging experiences and ideas at the local and international levels.
  • Enriching knowledge and providing researchers with the opportunity to form research teams capable of facing challenges and keeping pace with international and contemporary trends.
  • Providing innovative proposals and solutions to serve the community and meet its needs.
  • Improving scientific research strategies.
  • Creating an environment and methods based on a scientific basis for innovation and patents.

Publishing rules

  1. The research must be related to some of the conference topics.
  2. Commitment to the ethics of scientific research.
  3. Originality of the research topic.
  4. Research is subject to evaluation and inspection using the citation detection program by the Scientific Committee of the Conference and accepted participants are informed of their research.
  5. Has not previously participated in research or published in any previous scientific periodicals.
  6. Research papers are presented in English.
  7. Papers are sent in WORD format.

Publishers

All research accepted for the Conference is considered admissible for publication in one of the following scientific journals after the publication requirements of each of the following journals have been met:

    This journal accepts research papers for publication (free of charge)
  • International Science and Technology Journal (ISTJ): https://www.stcrs.com.ly/istj
    This journal accepts research papers for publication after paying an additional fee of (150 Libyan dinars)
  • Publishing in the conference book pages (free of charge).
    (Note that the terms and writing system followed in the International Science and Technology Journal (ISTJ) must be followed).
    The conference book will be available on the conference website.
